For 2018, the Audi RS3 received a styling spruce up that
included a redesigned front and rear bumper, larger air intake ducts, revised
head and tail lights and a reworked tailgate spoiler. All this makes the latest
incarnation RS 3 look even more fantastic and, according to Autocar, it’s lost none of its
performance either, describing it as “manically fast” thanks to its 394bhp five cylinder engine. If
you’re in the market for a £40k + car, or you already have one, then you’re
probably keen to look after it?
Mud guards don’t just stop the grime splashing up the sides,
but also stones, grit and other nasty debris. Due to the wide wheels, the RS3
is susceptible to stone chips along the flanks, which if left untreated, will
eventually rust. Fitting mud flaps will help prevent all the debris found on
roads from mounting an attack on your bodywork.
It probably hasn’t even crossed your mind about adding mud
flaps to your shiny new Audi, with memories of horrible rubber ones fitted to your
dad’s Volvo, but what about specially designed bespoke fitment Carbon Fibre
ones?
We have designed a Carbon Fibre mud guard kit for the RS3 which
includes all necessary fixings. The guards themselves follow the contours of
the body work, so not only are they a stylish enhancement, but a practical
improvement too. Check out the guards on our website.
